I get lazy here in the freezing winters but even now while I am unwell I do a few excercises before I get out of bed.

Oh yeah. I have always been taught that you lose it if you don't use it.
We are avid walkers. Thankfully, we are surrounded by walking trails, woodland areas, rivers, and wildlife that add to the experience. The aches and pains are another matter, but I have always felt that there is no gain without some amount of pain. Gotta feel the burn.
