I have seen the "Bat Doctor" piece on TV. I've followed this for quite a while.

Re: Re: Corbin

The enemy is not the virus, it's the Chinese, the ones that created it!

Re: Re: Re: Sea_Gypsy

I think the magnitude of the problem humanity is facing could be one reason.... never before has a virus spread this way... across all nations....and we are helpless at the moment...

Hope there is a ray of hope and good health awaiting round the corner for all.

Re: Re: Sea_Gypsy

Yes, but why now and not with SARS and the other viruses that have plagued our world in the past? But I do agree, it is a battle and it must be conquered.

Re: Corbin

On so many politicians' speeches and in the news such as "We are fighting an unseen enemy;"...war on this virus;" "...win this battle;" "...defeat..."; etc." It's just a new concept to me and perhaps I am vocally sensitive to terminology.

Re: Sea_Gypsy

Maybe the"feel" is the same though a different kind of a battlefield and a very different kind of an army to fight it.

I find it exceedingly interesting how often the word “war” is being used and the terminology associated with war in referencw to this virus.
