If I was younger it would be tempting! Except I'm not, and one has to FLY there.

There are too many variables now about inhabiting Mars. I wouldn’t be signing up either. First if al, even if one arrives safely and could get back to earth, there is no scenery there! Nor anything else except possibly microbes.

Interesting post.  I always forget you are that tall though I've read you mentioning it before.  We have tall people in our family....I have two nieces who are 6'2" and 6'3" in their stocking feet.  They flaunt it by wearing 4" heels.  Their brother is about your height.  Other nephews are 6'5".  My sons are not so tall as their father was from a short family.  The tallest one of mine is 5'11".   I'm not interested in going into outer space even if it was offered, but I am interested in NASA and all things about space.

I am with you on this. It doesn't even begin to sound like fun at all.

I am also tall for a female at 5'9". I also still have many places to see right here on planet earth. Once to COVID-19 is under control, we plan to finish up the states with Wisconsin, ND, SD, and Michigan.

It does not really seem very hospitable from what we know. The other problem might be if anyone really hated being there. It does seem it would be a one way trip at present. Probably there are many things that could be done here on reflection. Things that no one thinks about until it happens.
