Dad was on good behavior! You're right and he's right, it's better to let things like what the customer said slide. I do hope soon you will get to re-open.

No doubt the cars pick up Covid19 along with other splatter from being

on the road. Keeping them clean seems essential when you look at it that way.  But having people on the job means putting them at risk, so I can also see "better safe than sorry" at work.

Sometimes the obvious is the least obvious...

Maybe that is where the quote, "If it was a snake it would have bit me, " comes from. Your dad is quite the gentleman. Our car washes here are still in use too. It is an important industry when you consider how much our beloved cars mean to us.
