It is a bad job for many, but you are doing the right thing and holding on to your customer base.

I never realized that the car wash business was this in depth...

You learn something new every day. I am now going to look for this in our state since we wash our cars frequently. The biggest reason is to eliminate the salt that accumulates after our harsh winters.
