I always hunt for bbq ribs for my hubby, steamed crab for me, and potato salad for both of us, and of course....cold beers on ice.

Actually when my daughter and family go skiing they rent a condo with a kitchen and cook pretty much the same things they eat at home. With two teenage boys, there's a lot of food required. They also eat out at the lodges or restaraunts, but it cuts some of the expense. Me, I would make coffee and toast, have on hand nuts, eggs, peanut butter, crackers, fruits and seasonal foods.
