They hang onto money as long as they can, earning interest on it wherever they bank it. Maybe your dad could invoice them with added interest he is losing by not being able to put it in his bank.

The mention of Royal Farms remind's me of home. They are a huge corporation, so hopefully they will get a hold of their payroll system and pay you guys up ASAP.
