When I was in a management position the toughest part of the job
for me was firing someone. But you can't keep someone OTJ who doesn't do their work and disrupts others.

Yours truly. I always go by D in the mornings. Normally, Carl is not there, but with the wintry weather that was to come, Dad wanted him there earlier to help Dad with some prepping.
