Finally, I took horticulture. Earlier, I took another upper level science, Ecology- only it was only 3 credits, yet with lab. so, I couildn't use it for the requirement. I should have stayed with the probability math course. The effort went into other courses.

My trouble with Algebra was when the teacher moved me from the front of the room to the back with a bunch of football players....

I mean unless you are a physicist or engineer od want to become an academic, what is the use of maths. I know my times tables even now at my age, I can add and subtract, I can manage my accounting (Wiley and my finances) and I have a calculator!!!! maths is just too difficult beyond that....for me....

I was never a fan of math. Algebra was a sore subject with me. I could do math in my head when needed, but when it came to working it out on paper, I just coudn't wrap my head around it. Since graduating back in the 80s with a low C in math, I have never really found a need for anything more than basic math where work is concerned. Of course now I have learned that calculus is the modern algebra and is used in favor of the old school math where engineering, science, and business jobs are concerned.
