I'm not even talking about benefits, but simply humane working conditions. Happily we have the power as consumers to not consume. I have not consumed anything Nestle's for 40 years now, and I won't be ordering from Amazon any time soon.

Sadly it is a sales feature. As you say most would not mind waiting an extra day if it gave workers more benefits.
