Recently I have been thinking a lot about you and your business because here in Kansas City at a self-service car wash a man pulled in one night towing a small cement mixer and emptied it out in the drain and rinsed it out and cleaned it. The cement clogged not only that drain but the whole place as all the drains ran to the same place. The police got the guy, but the owner refused to press charges if the man who did it would come work with him at breaking up the cement and getting it cleaned up and working again. I sure hope it teaches him a lesson.

It must be difficult to predict how things will go for a small business
these days - all the technology changes, the political winds that blow hot or cold, and even the world economy can change the equation.
