I've done a lot recently to cut down on the amount of red meat I have been eating. I have been feeling better.

Ciel - Thank you.
Yes, i’d read articles about the types of oils and fats used to make the product palatable and decided Beyond Meat would be unhealthy for me. Grass-fed bison is a better choice than beef, chicken or vegan “meat” products much of the time.

I'm not a vegetarian, but am aware that too much red meat is not
healthy. I also know that potatoes - French fries - are loaded with fat and the carbs in them turn to sugar in the blood stream. Still, there are times when a cheeseburger with onions and a side of fries is just "what the doctor ordered" satisfaction-wise.

Re:
I think I'll just stick to meat and vegetables and legumes.

LOL I expect that the cow agrees with you. BTW I am sure like Zero Coke and most diet pop drinks there is a heap of salt to make them taste OK. I like the words I heard recently...if you are going to have a treat make it a real treat; not daily diet.
