Here is the contact information for the International Cemetary and Funeral Association, a professional organization that relates to that industry.   Their annual convention is March 10-13, 2004 in Nashville TN.   I suggest you put together a few pages and send a query letter to them, and see if you can drum up some interest.

The idea isn't a bad one. In the past, therapists have thought it better to allow the children to draw on blank paper thus allowing them to express what they feel and not directing their feelings. The first stage of grief is anger, even in children.
