That has never happened to me. My father has always been my boss, and he is still working.

I was a warehouse Manager for Sam's club for four years, before Joe Love and I started our tour company.

I've seen excellent bosses wind up leaving because of failure to recognize an outstanding manager. Slow raises drive them to companies that recognize their real worth and willing to pay it.
