In Louisville, KY all of the parks, swimming pools, and libraries are closed because the idiot Mayor used the money to put in "Bike lanes" along all the major streets and roads.
The kids have no place to go.....He tried to layoff 20% of the Police but they threatened to go on strike. The now call him "Mayor McBikelane."
