I think all these questions must also be worrying the auto-car makers too. Think that they will adequately wok something out.

A guy fell asleep at the wheel of one the other day. It was on the news. Another car took a video of it. They have the potential for a lot of danger - including in car washes.

Those and flying cars might be dangerous.

I just cannot imagine this old friend of yours ever sitting in a driverless car. A driverless rail car that circles around through the city and stops and starts to commands yes but on the road, i have spent my life having to be aware of anything happening at any unexpected moment.

Seems to me if the computer "eyes" that guide the driverless

vehicle are obscured by the streaming water and brushes, etc., they would not be able to tell the wheel which way to turn or whether or not to accelerate. They may be able to follow lines on the highway and pull into a parking spot, but I agree with you there'd be a big fat problem in getting through the car wash.

Perhaps that problem has not asserted itself . I did see where Electric cars were being used to sell energy back some how, goodness knows how they do it.

I wouldn't allow one to go through if I owned a car wash.
