That's a nightmare for most small businesses. I was using a bus company for 20 years, always got my favorite driver, the newest buses they had for charter. They got a new General Manager and Then, BAM, "Sorry but we don't let you pick your drivers, they gave me their older buses...I chartered 60+ buses a year from them for around $350,000 a year for the charters
I called a competing company, told my special driver That I would be switching to another company and I would give her all of my business if she moved to that company.
The larger company begged to get my business back and I said no...The new General Manager got fired...so sad...Bwaaahahaha.
