You're right, it's about the timing. Too late of a lunch can really wreck dinner.

Used to enjoy lunch - a little salad with crunchy onion topping, a
chicken salad sandwich. These days it's a protein shake and be grateful for that, but these dentures will fit one day, and then look out, lettuce!
