It’s a good-sounding deal to me. How about doing it on a trial basis? You’mall get the best of both worlds then. And test the waters. I think of England’s Prince Charles... look at his age and his Mom’s still Queen. Better not to wait if you don’t want to.

Things can change quickly, You have a house,if you could buy land where in twenty years time it could be sold for building. That would be what I would go for.
