great comments...I don't eat bacon unless i am in Australia...it is way nicer back there....but anyway Corbin to answer you ?? from my post NO!! This was not a snobby school. Oh maybe the odd 'Day Bug'...day girl as opposed to Boarder but then I was one of the very few girls who had friends amongst the day girls.
Snobbishness was not tolerated...it was sort of like going to jail really . no one was allowed fancy clothes, mainly just the uniform and if some girls had very expensive things they were not allowed them. Would get them back at the end of the term to take home and not bring back. Everyone was treated exactly the same but we all had to be little ladies. MLC = Methodist, so a Bible based school. Most of the girls weren't very excited about being there, but although I was always in trouble I loved every minute.

Doctors say that each piece of bacon you eat takes 9 minutes off of your life. Based on that, I should have died in 1792.
