All I'm saying is that the death penalty has been proven to be grossly corrupt, and more guilty - as more people are being cleared of their respective sentence in the era of DNA.
Many millions are being paid-out to people who have been wrongly charged, convicted and imprisoned over the years... The death penalty is corrupt and always will be.
