I probably wouldn't call someone. I'd turn on a fan and let it go...I'm not too keen on going on rides, so, no.

The carnival ride companies that travel around America for County Fairs, ect....are dangerous......the odds of their constantly being checked-out for safety is very slim....

I ignore the horns. Sooner or later they stop.
I've always had trouble with carnaval rides making me throw up....all except for Ferris Wheels. I've always loved them, the bigger the better.
