It is professional jealousy , The woman probably makes wreathes and Archie sells anything he can get his mitts on. He says he is going to get some loads of horse manure.I told him not to bother,but he has set his mind on doing it. Yes we were girls once.

I think that the lady will make Christmas decorations with the holy and sell them and Archie will get annoyed. If it is on her side of the fence, I think it is hers.

What will the lady do with the holly? Does she plan to grow her own plants from the cuttings or is it for Christmas decoration?And why does it bother Archie? Like the poem, aptly named.

I hope Archie has a nice vacation. At times, I've been leery of offering things because I knew as well I would end up getting stuck with the job all for trying to be nice...I've had a few people in life I've tried to avoid.

I guess this is the season for pruning holly. It got to winter so quickly
this year. Seems like last week we were looking at the last full moon of summer and enjoying sunset after 8: o'clock. Lightning bugs and the chirring cicadas in trees (my kids used to call them 17-year locusts). A year used to take longer... Or did it?
