it does sound a grand way to keep Willie wet but I guess they would have been better to ask a service station or a household for a hose.

Sometimes after I post a comment I go back and look at it and think
what a stupid remark it was. What I shoulda said was I didn't remember that scene where they went through the car wash, but I'll bet it was interesting.

The whale who played Willy had a big acquarium tank in western
Oregon for awhile before they actually released him back into the ocean. I love to visit a zoo or an acquarium, but I can easily understand the sentiments of people who think it's wrong to keep animals in captivity that way. I hope they will help the endangered ones t survive.

They just used the spray wand in the film. Willy needed to get wet since he was out in open air for a long period.
