I think one has to have a certain amount of faith in any medicine, several folk I know appear to have drawers full of pills that are going no-where and should be returned the the Chemist for safe disposal. Glad that you are happy with your medicine.

The generic calcium I'm using now contains D3. I counted up the MDR percentages between the multivitamin & calcium, - not quite the MDR, so I still need milk, cheese, etc. I wonder if there's a MDR for chocolate???

One needs vitamin D to alsorb calcium and vitamin C to absorb D, or so I've read. I wish I could tolerate them ALL. Mushrooms are high in Vitamin D. There was a recall of thyroid meds. Check it out. Take care - it's so touchy.
