i really dont see this as a problem, because how many people really know what is endangered and who is going to tell unless you tell on yourself.

First, they've gotta catch 'em.
So far, not too many surveillance cams around swamps and backwoods areas where klutzy humans are likely to encounter issues beyond the scope of their capability.
