somehow it is always worse at pestival times but of course any time is never good. I am sorry for all those who were invloved.

Scary situation. I've got granddaughter living in that area, but she
takes a different route to work - hope they solve the problem "yesterday" since so many depend on I-5 and there'll be lots of Amtrak riders especially over the holiday.
