I sort of agree with Naut because I actually have no Idea what to do. nasty sad little situation and with the elderly well we can forget.

That attempt at petty theft presents a conundrum: How does one deal with that? After all, considering the circumstances, especially the 'perp's' age, it is possible that he/she simply forgot...I think the answer lies in limiting the opportunities...
