Yes it is a bit annoying here. If an engineer comes out and their is no fault found one still has to pay £125 just for the trip.

It's so frustrating. They are the rulers, no matter what. Horrible. I'm sorry for you having to go through that. We have issues with sat or cable at times.

Sometimes I'm tempted to live off the grid. Wonder what it would be like
to live without the constant flow of "reality politics" and idle gossip... Oh, wait! I remember when I was in high school, no TV, no phone, only books and my own imagination to keep me entertained as I washed the dishes or weeded the garden or chopped the wood or fed the chickens....

we cannot get weekend service either if the internet goes. It isn't right. They charge like wounded bulls and modern living has basically forced us to have fancy phones and internet connections.
