But someone hit my daughter's car and his insurance claims that my injuries can not be as bad as they were because the car was not damaged that much. Thank you m/f

The man that hit my daughter's car insurance company claims that the vehicle damage was not enough to have caused whiplash. Since I have degenerative deterioration of that area he thinks he could win the case, and refuses to pay the bills but one small amount.

1. what is your insurance company saying? and why aren't they handling it?
2. put your own demand packet together. send me an email and I will walk you through it.
3. contact the insurance board of your state and file a complaint.

sending prayers that you win...what is the point of insurance it they won't pay. be prepared to go to the mass media if they won't. What you and the children go through on a daily basis is something very difficult.
