I always buy online. It annoys the heck out of me when I get someone on the phone that can't speak english!

I buy more and more on line. Wiley gets so tired when shopping and \i can sit and browse. It used to be that one didn't always get good service, the goods didn't live up to expectations but this last 12 months I have had real success. only had to send one item back.
