A resurgence of STD? I don't know about 'complacent', but I wonder if it has to do with the beliefs and teachings of the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence...

Hmnn Like not vacinating children against diseases, if you haven't experienced what it was like so few years ago one can believe it will never happen again. BUT of course that is so wrong. Nice post.
