Know someone that this relates to

I know someone that has special needs and rewards is mostly the key but I had to resort to this type of answer. I would pretend I had an exciting text about a friend or family member. This person would be quite waiting to hear some good news This act gave her time to calm down. I would also quickly as possible say," Oh oh come look on the computer for something You have been wanting for Christmas. This act worked wonder! Try these things, it might just help you too.

Panic attacks

I have witnessed for myself that prayer can heal when panic attack situation occurs. Never only pray, seek medical attention too of course. My one daughter has panic attacks. I would pray for her, and for that moment, and sometimes a lot longer I would see peace dwell on her face.

Oh dear Nothing but Drama you poor love. i do pray that through all this you are taking care of you. I take Effexor for depression and anxiety and without it the panic attacks would start up bad. The drug keeps them to a manageable mild.
