It should. Also, some form of mental stimulation and proper nutrients contribute to cognitive functioning, I feel.

yes of course but it isn't easy to do with the cold and heavy snow outside.

I find that it does, yes. I have cleared my head many a time, finding many a solution, while walking on a nearby Trail.
