Low dose aspirin helps most people,  but beware of the exceptions.  My father was an exception.  When he was about 80,  a doctor recommended low dose aspirin,  so he started taking it.  He started complaining of reduced energy and strength,  and he was losing weight.  He was taking the low dose aspirin all this time.  A few years later,  we rushed him to the hospital emergency room.  Turned out,  he had internal bleeding,  because the aspirin burned a hole in his intestines,  and he was losing blood.  His stool had been dark black for months,  which indicated loss of blood,  but we did not know that.  His blood count was about half of what it should be.  The doctors told him to STOP taking the low dose aspirin.  They gave him blood transfusions,  and he recovered some of his strength and energy.

This same thing happened to a woman we know.  Others have died from low dose aspirin.  So beware,  and BE...AWARE of the possible dangers!!
