It was good to get away for a couple of days and not worry about a thing.

Well we the audience have to make our own minds up as to the validity of everything today. Most commentators fabricate their own views. Most are too indifferent to express a reaction. Still got your dancing shoes?

It does seem like false news spreads super rapidly these days. In general, it is amazing just how quickly news spreads.
Thanks for sharing Zorbra.

I'd vote for Zorba any day in the week and twice on Sunday.

Zorba any day, lol!
Excellent post; your points are truth well spoken, Taps. It's so hard to know what to believe if you haven't seen or heard something yourself. Trust in news reporting is eroding badly and with good reason. I guess that has always been the case to some degree but surely has worsened. Ah well, music and dance and so forth are easy to believe and such a balm..

Oh, THANK YOU! Your post took me to Greece, and Zorba was just what I needed. Wonderful. As for errors in the news, yep, just this weekend there was a report of a wildfire, said to be on my brother's street. It showed massive flames, and I couldn't reach the my brother by phone, and it was midnight. The next day he told me the fire wasn't there at all, but a bit of a distance from him, and they didn't even know about it until a neighbor called to let them know. Phew!
