We all have some sort..
I used to hate it when I visited other states other than my own, Alabama, my household was never prejudiced against blacks or Jews. I did not know it existed to the point it did until I was grown up.

Well Kabu a friend of us went to New Zealand and he was upset by the way the old races were treated. I remember as soldiers opened the concentration camps and the pitiful looks of those poor forsaken souls. Humans can be very cruel and lose all sense of humanity. Sadly it is soon forgotten.

my mom was very prejudice too. Of course as you know we grew up with the word negro and not black. My mom claimed to be relgious but she always had something to say about other races and about fat people. I am sure she wouldnt like the way I look now and that her grand daughter married a Mexican

That is good you were able to find out about the perspectives of others from your research and through personal experiences with people whose race put them into different situations than oneself.
