Cute post.  The little creatures are so fun to watch.  Yesterday I watched a brand new butterfly on the ground drying out his wings after hatching out of the cocoon and finally getting it right and flying up to the treetops.  I think it is a black swallowtail.  They like parsley in gardens around here.

Yes you should start learning Chippy language, I think you know mostly swear words at the moment .Although being amongst the gnomes doesn't help.Glad that you feel better.

Lucky thing those little Canadian chipmunks understand Australian....

Did I tell you about the girl in the writing class who was born in London? When she came here she told some local that she'd come to this country many years ago. They asked if it took her long to learn the language. Dead serious question. So Brenda said she'd always spoken the Queen's English. and the local asked again, "so how long did it take you?" and she shook her head and said after a couple of years she got along okay...
