The Pen Pal thing is good and enjoyable! That 'meaures' such as photo ID, permanently locked doors and possibly an armed guard somewhere in the shadows have become necessary is distressing...

fabulous idea and I am thinking that the little kids chatter would be all about what fun they had enjoyed as well.
I always say little kids and older kids belong together.
