Oh, brought back memories of Sampson, the German Shepherd. He was just like Pluto. Such a cute dog Pluto was, that's for sure!

What a nice dog

Oh, Pluto sounds like a very nice dog. Okay, guesd the postman wouldn't agree with me, or the police officers, but what did he do wrong?  Nothing.  He just told them who lived there;  Pluto and his family.

I have a memory like that--Dopey was my Dad's dog, but he loved our whole family...just not as much as he loved my Dad.  They were so wonderful together.

Pluto sounds like he was quite the character with something always going on with him...It is wonderful the love he had for the family.

I remember you telling me about him - and thought of him as I watched Elizabeth do that to each of her blankets....

Sadly they do not live long enough, but the joy they bring cannot be counted in years.

The dogs we love all have their gambits that we don't. My problem

with dogs and cats nowadays - aside from the fact I could trip over them - is that we get so attached, and then they get old and cross over that rainbow bridge and all we've got is the memory.
