I wish him the best and safest transition to manhood
which officially starts when you start driving. I have 2- 17 yr old grandsons, and while I do worry about their driving(1 lives in Houston, the other in Orlando Fla.) I am more concerned about them making me a great grandfather to early !

I wish our rules were as tough here. I think we would lose a lot less young ones if our driving requirements for them were a bit more stringent.

congrats to him, sounds like their laws are about the same as here as far as having to have a licensed driver good idea
