No you are in discrace how can you expect to be a pin up girl if you do not stretch and jump like a new born lamb. I see young women jogging past every day and I jog along beside then for a few miles , well in my mind. Good luck though.

I myself have never done an exercise program. The exercises I do are walking and any heavy lifting at the car washes.

Any kind of exercise, any length of exercise, is better than no exercise at all.  Just keep getting up out of that chair.  LOL

Kabu

I have got to start a conditioning program, too, as I have been ill for almost two months and basically inactive....so I'm like a noodle!  Personally, I'm starting with my fingers and toes....I've developed exercises I can do while sitting in my recliner and using just my hands and toes - all non-weightbearing, Yoga type stretches, etc.  I'm thinking of marketing my Yoga for Fingers and Toes plan....but, I have some kinks to work out first.

I would tell that trainer to return to Hell! Saying 'go to Hell' rolls easily enough off the tongue...

"Little by little," my grandma would say. I say, "Sometimes, very little." LOL. You will get there.

Yep, the gnomes will soon be runnin it off ya!..:)

Just don't let yourself be bribed with sweets haha; I would probably crumble.  Some folks are really into exercise; I have to force myself too and usually it does help my breathing problems but oh the sore muscles!

I'd be running her under the snowbank when the plow goes by

and letting the snow, cold and damp work its magic on this trainer character. You'll be getting all the exercise you need once the Gnomes return from hibernation and the green things start sprouting.  Hope you're feeling like yourself again.
