I fell once from my bicycle and a guy immediately tried to help me. Another time I was walking and the sign blended in with the gravel. I tripped over that ripping my pants, my knees all bloodied and no one bothered to stop or offer help. Another time I was in Egypt and was robbed in the middle of the day. Hundreds drove by and watched but did nothing as he took off with my purse.
