So important it is to go out into the house. If one is home too much, one is bound to rust out. It reminds me of the old saying that one rusts out before one wears out.

Yes - getting out of the house was a great idea. We can all use a pity party now and then, as long as it doesn't last too long.
It seems very cold across the mountain - here we are working our way up to the +6 predicted for tomorrow. A nice break; the doggies run out when I open the door instead of standing there and giving me the 'look' because I'm forcing them out into the freezing temperatures to do their business...

There now little one I did not know you were in a moody. I looked yesterday morning it was raining, so I though I will read Kabu's blog to cheer me up. It is still raining.

I have to admit I was being selfish, hinting that you should get those
gnomes busy - I so often look to your post to find something to perk myself up, even though you're not the entertainment chair on this cruise ship, and it's not your job to be the cheerleader for the motley crew of the Good Ship Blogit. Hugs!
