Congrats to Sis for being a Champion lacer, or tatter, or crocheter, or knitter - I can't really tell the difference, but I do like the beautiful outcome, LOL...And I'd be willing to give Son some help with his sailing - all I need is a ticket and some good Aussie beer and grub...

Congratulations to them!! I treasure the little piece of lace my sweet Nanny (grandmother) tatted and won first place for at the Texas State Fair. I have it in a display case in my house in KC and it's one of the things Michele video'd for me when she was there last weekend. This post makes me determined to go to our Texas State Fair next year. Did they take photos? It was a great taste of your family....loved it!
