Yep - read this yesterday, and just as I was gonna comment, a phone call - it threw me off the track. But I seem to recall I was going to say two things: Yes, it's been really miserable in many places; but the other thing is that in these days of hyper-communication we get to hear and see more about things that we never found out about in the past, though they probably occurred even then...For a while yesterday I was riveted to the screen, watching that horrendous hotel fire in Dubai (it's amazing no one got killed) - there was a time when I didn't even know there was a place called Dubai

The weather as of late has been something. It would be scary if someone was in control of the weather. It would be a major disaster to say the least.

kenny Rogers and I would sit and cry over that song when a boyfriend dumped me. Why did they always dump me in Summer when the beach parties were all the go? LOL

I wish I could say it will settle down now but is this the start of Global warming. Or has this all happened many years ago and is just an old repeat of our forebears problems.
