Yes he does not seem to have much in the way of help. Perhaps he is too proud, but to write like he does in his condition is truly remarkable.

his poetry brings pain to my chest. (I have lost tha ability to cry) But he is brave and stronger than he writes for as he writes we know he is fighting on. Nice words about our friend FSI.

I also agree; we read and weep at the searing and poignant beauty
of his struggles and the fine expressions he shares them through. I wish he wasn't so alone..
