Re: Ciel

I also am having some trouble with my eyes if I remain on the computer too long, especially at night when I don't have the room all lit up.  I can tell when I need to shut it off and give it up for the time being.

Enjoying this, several posts at a time...

Spending too much time reading this screen turns out to be not so good for the eyes, so I don't read as much as I used to, but every few days, I catch up on your ancestral tales.

When Hursel went into town with his guitar, I thought of Charlie who has begun busking--playing his Irish whistles in public with his hat on the ground for donations. His first day out he made all of $13. I can't imagine him selling his instruments!  But I guess Hursel needed more cash and quicker, to get back to Rose and their worldly possessions.

I can't wait to see how high they bounce back. This is great storytelling.

Folk grumble today Taps, but it is nothing to what happened, to those without a job or money. What a situation for two young folk, but the spirit for survival was still strong.

Go west young man. Can't just take off today love. They'd go homeless. Things were more opportunistic then love.
