Yep - I get days like that too. Unfortunately, I'm not as good as you are to make sure I eat and sleep well when it happens. And I end up paying for it. Then tomorrow comes, and things are better!

As a person dealing with PTSD, and a distant friend of yours, your post today about being 'wired' makes me say to you that I think you ought to get help with that being 'wired', maybe start by telling your dad about what you feel.
