and I banned AC/DC and such in my house. I am glad I am not a parent today. Drug fueled parties...nice for the youngsters to follow. Sigh!!!

"The television was on in a Spanish coffee shop this morning. The Spanish morning show had dance couples, dancing slowly to an easy listening classical guitar instrumental. I think Lady looks normal now. Many women have conspicuous tattoos. But she;s showing competence in Tony Bennett style music by our great American composers. Young adults should be familiar with them as they're more the base of modern music than the 60s and 70s rock composers. After all, even Bob Dylan has ended up, recording Sinatra and other pop standards. You have shown openness to some of this music. Good for you. Be progressive. It's good for your history major. I myself am impressed by the 1960s Saturday Evening Post" covers of The Beatles and Frank and Nancy Sinatra. Be brave kid.
